WELL BELLY HEALTH RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
A booking at a Well Belly Health Retreat with Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd is confirmed when your deposit has been paid.
It is recommended that guests obtain full travel insurance within 14 days of booking a retreat with Well Belly Health covering all medical expenses.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to attend this retreat, guests under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult over 18 years of age.
Payment Policy
50% of retreat booking must be received 60 days prior to retreat commencing or as per agreement with Well Belly Health.
Retreat booking must be Paid in Full at least 30 days prior to the retreat commencement. If the retreat commencement date is less than 30 days away, full payment is required to secure the booking or as per agreement with Well Belly Health.
If payment of the balance is not received by the due date Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit, unless a prior arrangement has been made with Well Belly Health.
Cancellation Policy
If the retreat is cancelled by Well Belly Health for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
You are able to cancel and receive a full refund less your deposit 60 days prior to the retreat.
Any cancellations after this time and at least 30 days prior to retreat will receive a 50% refund. If we can fill your spot, you will receive a full refund less the deposit paid.
For cancellations within 30 days of the retreat, we will do our best to fill your spot (we will keep a waiting list). If your spot is filled we will give you a full refund less the deposit (to cover admin expenses and fees). If your spot is not filled, there will be no refund given.
Liability
Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our normal control, which the consequences of could not have been avoided even when exercising all due care. Such circumstances or events include, but are not limited to, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors, unavoidable technical problems with the accommodation, transport or closure or congestion of airports, natural disasters, industrial disasters, fire, theft, flooding and adverse weather conditions. In the event of any of the above, refunds and compensation payments cannot be made.
Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the guest’s stay or travelling to and from the retreat. All guests must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and be able to use our facilities and participate in activities.
Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd are not liable for any injuries or losses to guests, in the use of retreat facilities or participation in activities.
While all care is taken, Elyse Comerford Health Pty Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of guests.
All guests must take responsibility for their own medical and physical fitness and be able to use retreat facilities and participate in activities.
Data Use and Protection
The guest agrees that he/she may be photographed and/or filmed during his/her stay and/or activities in connection with the company, and also agrees that the company may use such recordings for promotion and/or advertising purposes without any prior consent.
