Will I need to be on GAPS?

No, you do not need to be following the GAPS diet. This course is for ANYONE, regardless of how their diet currently looks. It is about adding in steps to support better digestion.

Will I need to change my whole diet?

No, you will not need to change your whole diet. You can keep eating exactly as you are if you want to. Our focus is looking at the ways to boost your digestion to absorb the nutrients from the food you are currently eating, and relieve digestive symptoms. This could be the first stepping stone to more changes.

Is it ok for my kids?

Yes, we will give advice that is more specific for children as well!

Do I need to follow a meal plan?

No, this course is not about following a set meal plan. Our focus is to get you implementing steps that boost your digestion with your current meals. We will discuss how to optimise your diet, but this isn’t the focus of this 10 days.

Can I keep all of the recipes?
