Fatigue can be a complex issue to treat, depending what is causing it. At the Well Belly Health Clinic, we work with very complex cases of fatigue (chronic fatigue) as well as generalised fatigue. It would be up there with the most common symptoms we are addressing! Understanding and resolving fatigue can often mean working on various factors of underlying health, and what we have learnt is crucial to resolving fatigue is properly addressing foundational health, and all of the factors that go with that. In this class we will give you the steps you can take in the short term that will help you feel better, as well as the resolution you need to have vibrant energy on a daily basis.

Fatigue is a multi-faceted issue which needs a layered approach to healing and resolving, and in this class we will explain the symptoms to look out for, and steps that need to be taken to properly address this issue from the root cause.
‘Pushing through’ every day, or accepting that it is just that you are ‘getting older’ or because you have kids is really not the answer, and it is no way to live! We are meant to have good energy regularly, with those ‘fatigue’ days happening much less regularly.

PART 1: The explanation: We will explain what the root cause is for fatigue so you can understand the approach.
PART 2: What to stop doing: We will go through some of the things we don’t recommend doing when you are experiencing fatigue
PART 3: The short term solutions: We want you to have resolution of symptoms as soon as possible, so we will give you some steps to improve your energy WITHOUT making the underlying issue worse
PART 4: The long term fix: will explain the process of completely resolving the issue of fatigue by resolving it from the root cause
